I purchased the JackLinks BEEF STICK & CHEESE this morning and bit on a piece of bone which chip the side of my tooth- I can't believe they have not put this on their package informing the consumer about BONES and hard substance in this product. Unbelievable!
Expired jerky a year before expiration date.
I went to the store, bought a bag of Jack Links jerky, and checked the expiration date. It was 10/21/2022. When I came home and opened the bag, it smelled awful. I looked in and saw that the jerky was all molded. I couldn't eat a single piece and had to throw it all away.

Have you had any luck / feedback yet? It seems they are not good at responding to email but trying their contact number may work.
I haven't had time to call them yet, I had 4 without any code on them, only realised they were meant to be on the outside once I had got home, I live too far away to make the trip back and the store would likely think I took them off. It's a shame they put them on the outside for legitimate customers who bought their jerky.
